Refund Policy

At GenAI-Training.in, a brand registered under CloudEnabled, we strive to provide high-quality e-learning experiences. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only to courses purchased through the GenAI-Training.in platform.

  • Requests for refunds must be made within 14 working days from the date of purchase.

  • Refunds are not applicable to courses that have been fully accessed or completed by the user.

  • Promotional or discounted courses are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

2. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, users must submit a written request to our support team at rech@cloudenabled.sg with the following details:

    • Full Name

    • Registered Email Address

    • Course Name

    • Reason for Refund Request

    • Transaction ID or Proof of Payment

  • Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days from the date of request approval.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • If a user has accessed more than 20% of the course content.

  • If the request is made after 14 working days from the purchase date.

  • If the course was purchased as part of a bundle or package that explicitly states no refunds.

  • If the refund request is based on personal preferences or a change of mind.

4. Course Cancellations by GenAI-Training.in

  • In the event that a course is canceled or discontinued by GenAI-Training.in, users will be eligible for a full refund or may choose to transfer their enrollment to another course of equal value.
