4. Trainer Contributions
- External trainers uploading their content must ensure that their courses are original and do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
- Trainers grant CloudEnabled the right to display, distribute, and promote their content on GenAI-Training.in.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform, including text, videos, graphics, and code, is the property of GenAI-Training.in or its licensors. Unauthorized use or duplication of content is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GenAI-Training.in shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform or the content therein.
7. Modifications to the Platform
We may update or modify the platform, courses, or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
